常熟市常源變壓器有限公司（原名為保定變壓器廠(chǎng)常熟分廠(chǎng)、常熟市蘇源變壓器有限公司）始建于二十世紀七十年代，2003年由供電局農電公司收購經(jīng)營(yíng)，2010年9月被江蘇永明電器有限公司受讓經(jīng)營(yíng)至今。是一家專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)35kv及以下各類(lèi)變壓器和高低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設備的科技型企業(yè)。
公司坐落于204國道旁的常熟市支塘工業(yè)園區內，地處蘇嘉杭和沿江高速交匯處，交通便捷。公司占地面積66600平方，標準廠(chǎng)房12000平方米，擁有固定資產(chǎn)2000多萬(wàn)元，內部物流暢通，基礎設施完善。公司擁有高精度鐵芯加工線(xiàn)、大中型繞線(xiàn)機、真空干燥爐、真空澆注及固化設備、箔繞機及各類(lèi)高效金屬加工成型設備等200余臺套。擁有國內先進(jìn)的智能型綜合試驗檢測設備，通過(guò)微機終端網(wǎng)絡(luò )集控管理，實(shí)現產(chǎn)品全項目測試。
目前公司已研發(fā)生產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)售變壓器產(chǎn)品有：35kV及以下S11、S13型油浸式電力變壓器；SCB10(11、12)型干式變壓器；ZGS11(13)-Z(H)型組合式變壓器、YBM系列預裝式變電站；S(B)H15型非晶合金電力變壓器，產(chǎn)品通過(guò)國家變壓器質(zhì)量監督檢查中心、國家電器產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監督檢驗中心檢測，同時(shí)通過(guò)江蘇省經(jīng)濟和信息化委員組織的新產(chǎn)品新技術(shù)鑒定驗收。定制開(kāi)發(fā)各類(lèi)整流變、電爐變、隔離變等特種變壓器，適用于各種工況場(chǎng)所。
生產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)售的高低壓成套設備產(chǎn)品有：KYN61-40.5、KYN28-24、KYN28-12型3~35KV戶(hù)內交流金屬鎧裝式開(kāi)關(guān)設備、YBW-12/0.4箱式變電站、XGN15-12（F）/630-20型XGN15-12（F.R）/125-31.5型金屬封閉環(huán)網(wǎng)開(kāi)關(guān)設備,GCK、MNS、GGD、PGL低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設備、XGL低壓配電柜（低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設備）、PZ30組合電器箱、XMJ電表計量箱（配電板）、JS施工用電箱，ATS雙電源箱,JXF配電箱，JP農網(wǎng)柜、SVC、APF、SVG等抑制諧波無(wú)功補償裝置等設備，產(chǎn)品廣泛適用于電站、石油化工、冶金、輕紡、高層建筑作為電器系統、配電和電機控制用。還可以根據企業(yè)產(chǎn)品設備要求承接非標產(chǎn)品的設計生產(chǎn)。產(chǎn)品先后通過(guò)了權威機構的檢測認證，符合GB7251-2005《低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設備和控制設備》及GB3906-2006《3.6KV~40.5KV交流金屬封閉開(kāi)關(guān)設備和控制設備》的國家標準，低壓成套產(chǎn)品獲得中國質(zhì)量認證中心頒發(fā)的中國國家強制性產(chǎn)品認證證書(shū)（“3C”認證）。
公司取得電力工程施工總承包叁級、輸變電工程專(zhuān)業(yè)承包叁級、建筑機電安裝工程專(zhuān)業(yè)承包叁級、承裝（修、試）電力設施許可證（五級）資質(zhì)證書(shū)，承接各類(lèi)機電、電力工程項目施工，同時(shí)提供電力技術(shù)咨詢(xún)、設計，電力系統維保、維修及再制造服務(wù)。
